Insurance

At our practice, we have mostly decided to be out of network with most insurances; however, we are in-network with Aetna. This allows us to provide the highest quality, personalized care without the limitations of many insurances. Insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis for coverage, which may not align with your needs and could affect your future records. By limiting our in-network coverage, we can offer tailored care with greater privacy.

If you have Aetna and would prefer to opt out and private pay, you are welcome to do so. If you have a different insurance provider, we can still work with your out-of-network benefits with the help of Mentaya. We believe this approach allows us to focus fully on your well-being while maintaining confidentiality.

Out of Network Benefits

At Mindwell Therapy, we are in-network only with Aetna. However, if you have a different insurance provider, you can check your out-of-network benefits using Mentaya.

  • Mentaya Submission – We can submit your claims directly through Mentaya!

Cancelation Policy

We prioritize our clients by holding space for each person we see. When clients cancel an appointment, our therapists offer that space to other clients who need an appointment that week. When clients cancel within 24-hours or no show, other clients miss out on an opportunity to be seen. If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so with your provider with at least 24-hour notice. Anyone canceling an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged the full session fee. We will charge the credit card on file for no shows and cancellations within 24-hours of scheduled session.

Thank you!

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected costs of your mental health care. This estimate outlines the anticipated fees for therapy services, helping you make informed financial decisions. While actual costs may vary based on your unique treatment needs, I am committed to transparency in pricing. If you have any questions or would like to request a Good Faith Estimate, please feel free to reach out.
