About Me
Kristen is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s toughest challenges. With over a decade of experience, she creates a warm, welcoming space where clients can process trauma, manage anxiety, and improve relationships. Whether you're feeling stuck in your emotional growth or just need someone to talk to, Kristen’s approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and practical solutions.
Outside of the office, Kristen finds joy in nature—whether she’s hiking, cycling, or planning a casual picnic. She’s also a softball coach, embracing the fun and chaos that comes with the game. A self-proclaimed music lover, she swears that a good playlist and a little dancing (even with two left feet) are some of the best ways to shift a tough mood.
