Outside of sessions, I love spending time with my husband, our kids, and our two dogs. You can usually find me curled up with a good book, listening to a true crime podcast, or out testing my knowledge at trivia night.</p>

This treatment modality uses eye movements to reprocess the presenting problem and change the physiological response to the memory. ART allows your brain to reprogram distressing images and memories that have been stored in the brain to no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions. "Keep the knowledge, lose the pain" with Accelerated Resolution Therapy.<br>

<p class="font_8">These sessions are scheduled for 60 ($135) to 90 ($200) minutes, and are shown to be effective after just one to five sessions.<br>
