<p class="font_8">My name is Victoria and I work with adults (ages 18-65) and offer in-person and virtual therapy sessions in the afternoons and evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate Supervised by Laura Wright Quintanar LPC-S. As a therapist and in my personal life, I’m passionate about psychoeducation, fostering learning, embodied integration, empowerment, and overall well-being. I often share information with clients about psychological, emotional, somatic, and spiritual concepts. In working with my clients, I blend neuroscience-informed trauma therapy with existential, depth-oriented, attachment-based, and somatic approaches.<br>

I have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University and a Bachelors of Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin with a minor in Sociology. I am EMDR-Trained by The Trauma Therapist Institute, and have past coursework in diverse areas such as social psychology, neuroscience, systemic issues, human development, etc., that help inform my practice.<br>

I frequently work with people who want to go beyond surface-level coping and are seeking personal growth and a deeper authentic connection to themselves and others. I often work with clients who would like to learn about emotions, mental health, and wellness; process negative experiences and/or trauma; and whom desire to learn about personal growth work. I also often work with people who want to increase their self-esteem, self-belief, and to cultivate personal empowerment.<br>

My approach draws from a variety of theories in an integrative way, including existential, somatic, EMDR, family systems, attachment, neuroscience/trauma research, polyvagal theory, feminist theory, and more.<br>

I incorporate diverse techniques to support growth on the psychological level, the emotional level, the physiological (somatic) level, and the spiritual/existential level. i.e. values, meaning, purpose, and spirituality.<br>
