Who Am I?

Hello! My name is Christi Bragg (she/her). I am so glad you are here. I know how difficult it can be to take the first steps in exploring therapy as an option. It’s completely normal to feel a bit uneasy, but here you are, taking that important step forward. Whether you have experienced past trauma, depression, anxiety, or are navigating challenging life circumstances like marriage, parenting, or life’s transitions, my goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted. You can do this, and every part of you is welcome here.

I love working with:

  • Couples dealing with stress in their relationship

  • Individuals who have experienced sexual violence and trauma

  • Individuals navigating the complexities of CPTSD and PTSD related to past trauma

  • Parents, including those parenting children with depression and anxiety

  • Those dealing with perfectionism, depression, and anxiety

  • Individuals with performance anxiety using EMDR for performance enhancement

  • Individuals navigating religious trauma

Some of my favorite approaches include:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): This evidence-based therapy helps process and integrate traumatic memories, reducing their lingering effects.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): IFS explores and heals the different parts of yourself, fostering self-compassion and understanding.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): CBT focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors, helping you develop healthier ways to cope with challenges.

  • Somatic/Body-Centered Therapies: These therapies emphasize the connection between mind and body, helping you process and release stored physical tension and trauma.

These approaches allow me to tailor the therapeutic experience to your unique needs, fostering a collaborative and empowering environment where you can explore your experiences, challenges, and strengths.
